(Re)Visit the Fundamentals of Power Yoga
Connect with effortlessness and understanding in your practice with this breakdown of the major building blocks that breathe life into a Power Vinyasa Yoga practice.
Through instruction and practice you will learn the fundamental principles that allow for:
• Graceful transitions from high to low pushup
• Stability and balance in standing postures
• Freedom and release through twisting postures
• Encouraging new openings in backbends
• Getting the most out of hip openers
This is an appropriate practice for all students. New yogis will be offered a solid foundation for a vigorous Power Vinyasa Yoga practice. Long-practicing yogis will benefit from a return to the fundamentals and as always a challenging Power Vinyasa flow.
